Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

Repeat prescriptions will be issued at the doctor's discretion and are normally for patients on long-term treatment. You can request repeat prescriptions in writing, or by calling at the surgery between 6.45am and 7.00pm Monday to Friday or during surgery hours on a Saturday and Sunday. You may prefer to request your prescription online using the form below.

Please allow at least one working day for your prescription to be ready for collection. If you supply us with a stamped self-addressed envelope we will return your prescription to you the following day. Alternatively, you may wish to arrange for one of our local pharmacists to collect your prescription from the surgery and deliver to you at home. Please contact them for further details.
