Age 8 weeks	1st Diphtheria/Tetanus/Pertussis HIB 1 Polio Pneumococcal
Age 13 weeks	2nd Diphtheria/Tetanus/Pertussis HIB 2 Polio Meningitis C
Age 16 weeks	3rd Diphtheria/Tetanus/Pertussis HIB 3 Polio Meningitis C + Pneumococcal
Age 12 - 13 months	Booster HIB + Meningitis C
Age 13 - 15 months	Measles/Mumps/Rubella (1) + Pneumococcal
Age 3 years & 4 months	Diphtheria/Tetanus/Pertussis Polio Measles/Mumps/Rubella (2)
Age 15 years	Diphtheria/Tetanus/Polio

Consultant Clinics

The doctors are able to refer patients to a physiotherapist and a counsellor who visit the surgery.
